Northridge Fashion Center

Fast fashion giant Forever 21 keeps growing. On June 28 it was announced Forever 21 will expand its 5,000-square-foot store at Northridge Fashion Center to a two-story, 25,000-square-foot store. The big emporium will open this fall. Northridge Fashion Center is a General Growth Properties mall located 27 miles north of downtown Los Angeles.

Northridge Fashion Center will be the address for another big, affordable-fashion retailer. Also in fall 2010, fast-fashion store Angl will debut a 1,834-square-foot store located on the lower level of the mall’s JCPenney Court.

In other store-debut news, Splendid will open a new shop at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, Calif. It is scheduled to open in September. Splendid runs a flagship store on Los Angeles’ Robertson Boulevard and wholesales at retailers such as Anthropologie, Bloomingdale’s and Neiman Marcus.
