Pittsburgh-based American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is continuing its international expansion with a franchise agreement with Fox-Wizel Ltd. for a series of retail stores in Israel. Based in Ben Gurion, Israel, Fox-Wizel operates about 170 Fox stores in Israel and 250 Fox stores internationally. The first American Eagle stores are expected to open in spring 2012. The company recently opened stores in Dubai and Kuwait and announced plans to open stores in Hong Kong and China in early 2011.
