Cherokee Inc. struck an exclusive license agreement with Tiendas Soriana S.A. de C.V. allowing Soriana to sell Sideout men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, footwear and accessories in Soriana’s stores in Mexico. The company is the second-largest retailer in Mexico, with about 465 hypermarkets in more than 135 Mexican cities.
