Affliction's Man-Size Shop
Affliction headquarters, the label's new boutique is located on the headquarters' property.
For the past six years, Affliction Clothing has been a favorite of fans of mixed martial arts fighting and for the heavy metal music crowd.On April 4, it opened a behemoth emporium at its Seal Beach, Calif. – based headquarters.
The 5,000-square-foot store will be the biggest in Affliction’s family of retail stores, there are five others spread over locations such as Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Camarillo Outlets which is an hour north of Los Angeles and the Russian capital Moscow.
The big store also will offer all of Affliction’s brands including Remetee, Affliction Black Premium, American Customs and Sinful, one of its women’s lines. A reason for opening stores will be to display the full range of Affliction product and to show that the brand has an eye for style, said Tom Atencio, the vice president of marketing for the company.
Affliction’s main style focus on mixing fashion with clothes rooted in tattoo culture, rock and extreme sports. “You can wear it going out and at dinner and still be true to yourself,” Atencio told Apparel News in a February interview.
