Fashion Speakers Share Insights

Brad Goreski, celebrity stylist

Here's your chance to get the inside scoop on fashion's influence on Hollywood. And you have to travel no farther than Santa Monica to get it.

The Art Institute of California - Los Angeles, whose local campus is located at 2900 31st St. in Santa Monica, declared that April was the school's "Fashion Design Month" and was hosting a fashion speakers series.

This afternoon at five, celebrity stylist Brad Goreski, who has a reality show appearing soon on the Bravo network, is sharing his opinion on how stylists influence celebrity lifestyle choices, their fashion wardrobe and fashion trends. Brad used to share the TV limelight with fellow fashion stylist Rachel Zoe.

Next week, Betsy Heimann, an award-nominated costume designer who has created looks for such films as "Jerry Maguire," "Pulp Fiction," and "Reservoir Dogs," will be speaking at 11:30 a.m. on April 27. She will be talking about the process she goes through to create costumes for the various movies she has worked on.
