Partnership Ties E-Commerce With Payment Processing
Saratoga Springs, N.Y.–based e-commerce solutions provider CORESense Inc. has struck a partnership with Payment Processing Inc., a Newark, Calif.–based company that provides technology-focused merchant payment services.
The alliance will pair PPI’s PayMover platform with CORESense’s retail systems to process credit- and debit-card payments efficiently.
The PayMover payment platform can be integrated with other business applications to provide secure payment-processing solutions.
Founded in 1995, PPI partners with software developers to provide fully supported, integrated payment solutions. In 2010, the company processed more than $6.5 billion in Visa and MasterCard payments. In addition to its California headquarters, the company has offices in Cary, N.C., and Vancouver, British Columbia.
CORESense is a SaaS-based provider of end-to-end e-commerce, order management and retail software solutions for retailers, manufacturers and distributors. The company works with e-tailers, multichannel retailers and bricks-and-mortar stores, as well as brand manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors.—Alison A. Nieder
