I’m walking—and working—the shows in Las Vegas this week.

Seeing some great new brands and hearing some interesting news --like the front page news about Velvet Heart’s eye on China—and the Department of Commerce’s efforts to encourage partnerships between businesses in North, South and Central America.

The show floor at the Las Vegas Convention Center is pretty busy—including Sourcing, which is seeing a steady mix of existing brands and new start-ups.

I started my Vegas trade show travels at OffPrice, where I found some really interesting new resources. And I’m hearing good things from the other shows, as well.
