Put the Pepper Spray Down, People
There’s been another pepper-spray shopping incident, 10 days after Walmart shoppers in Porter Ranch, Calif., were attacked in what was described as a case of Black Friday “shopper’s rage.”
Now, we’re hearing about a new incident, this time in a Nordstrom store in Walnut Creek,Calif. In the recent case, shoppers pepper sprayed a thief who was trying to abscond with $10,000 in purloined purses and detained him until the police arrived.
