Haggar Buys Neema
Dallas-based Haggar Clothing Co. acquired certain assets of men’s private-label dress company Neema Clothing Ltd. Haggar also struck a licensing agreement with Global Licensing Company LLC for men’s suits, sport coats, blazers, topcoats, tuxedos, vests and tailored slacks under the Bert Pulitzer brand.
