The 10th season of “Project Runway” got underway last night and we’ve already lost a California contestant. Fashion Institute of Design Merchandising alumn Beatrice Guapo, we hardly knew you, but we’re sorry to see you go!
That leaves remaining just two West Coast designers to root for: Elena Slivnyak and Melissa Fleiss, both San Francisco-based and Academy of Art-trained.

What? You’re not supporting the home team? Please. As in real estate, so goes “Project Runway”—it’s all about location, location, location. At least for me, it is.
