Agenda Hires Director of Sales and Partnerships

Cody DeBacker hasjoined the Agenda trade show as director of sales and partnerships, a position thatincludes oversight of the sales department, as well as “partnerships withnon-endemic brands and their activations in and around Agenda, as well ascreating partnerships with consumer media companies.” He is also tasked withexpanding Agenda’s contemporary and women’s offerings.

Previously, DeBackerserved as assistant marketing director and brand manager at the 722 Figueroa showroom inLos Angeles. His career also includes working in global sales and marketing at Grn Apple Tree, thenco-owned by Aaron Levant, who went on to found Agenda, where he is nowpresident.

“Having the pleasureof working side by side with Cody at Grn Apple Tree, I know that he will makean outstanding addition to our team,” Levant said. “I’m confident his sales andmarketing experience will be a huge asset for the growth of the Agenda trade show,and collectively we will take the Agenda brands to the next level.”
