All Winners at CFDA Awards
It is never too late to appreciate fashion. Several days ago, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards took place, honoring some of America’s leading designers in the fashion industry.
Along with ‘breaking’ news buzzing around about Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn having to take a drug test, the evening celebrated some of fashion's finest talent in the business.
Bravo’s talk show host Andy Cohen emceed the award ceremony which was held at Lincoln Center. Winners, including Oscar de la Renta, received the Founders Award from politician Hillary Clinton. Other designers were acknowledged for their achievements, including Proenza Schouler for Womenswear Designer of the Year, Suno for the Swarovski Award for Womenswear, and Pamela Love for the Swarovski Award for Accessory Design. My favorite contemporary designer Alexander Wang was nominated for both Womenswear Designer of the Year and the Swarovski Award for Accessory Design.
