Style Scouting at Austin City Limits

Estevan Ramos

LA Designer Estevan Ramos was at the Austin City Limits in Texas earlier this month⎯camera in hand⎯and he brought back a trend report of the scene.

Held on a 46-acre section of Austin’s Zilker Park, the event takes its name from the Austin City Limits music show, which has been running on PBS since 1974.

With nearly 150 bands playing over two weekends, this year’s lineup included The Cure, Depeche Mode, Muse, Kings of Leon, Lionel Ritchie, Wilco, Atoms for Peace, Queens of the Stone Age, Fun, Tame Impala, Franz Ferdinand and Neko Case.

The festival fashion was just about as diverse, ranging from bohemian chic to effortless looks with a West Coast vibe.
