Rachel Tribble: Peace, Contradictions & Skateboarding
It’s a complex world and the contradictions are always fascinating. Here’s one that was bought to our attention recently.
Artist Rachel Tribble made some paintings inspired by meditation and peace, but the art was placed on something known to disrupt order on sidewalks all over the world; the skateboard. Churchill Manufacturing of San Marcos, Calif. made the skatedecks bearing the Tribble art. They will be presented at Surf Expo in Orlando, FLA. next month. Yipee!
