The Mysterious Los Vladimirovich Pops

Men’s fashion labels don’t come more mysterious than Los Vladimirovich.

Representatives of the label, they went by the names Andres and Tania, confirmed that Los Vladimirovich was produced in Mexico. And that the tailored, men’s streetwear label was meant to expand minds and perhaps provoke.

They offer jackets bearing the words “I don’t speak Inglish,” “Gringo” and Ejercito Del Norte (Army of the North – sound a little scary?!) Of the more than 20 of the label’s looks placed at the brand's pop-up shop on Dec. 11, there was a kimono jacket, jogger pants, leather jackets with flight jacket bodies and even woven shirts that could be worn to the office.

Well placed sources said Los Vladimirovich have exhibited at Capsule Trade show in Las Vegas in 2014. The label’s pop-up shop on 7711 Melrose Ave. in Los Angeles will last until Dec 22. After that, the label will go to where fate takes them. “We just create and get more inspiration,” Andres said. “Just like making a piece of art, you don’t stop. You go, go, go!”
