The Baciano by Bacci contemporary label is planning its Spring 2015 looks, and a higher profile.

So Jacob Pirian, Bacci’s president, and Eli Pirian, the label’s director, moved the line’s headquarters and showroom out of a third floor office in a showroom building in downtown Los Angeles, a couple of miles away, to a street level boutique space at 1316 Santee St.

The boutique space not only looks like a store, but also sells Baciano by Bacci to the public. Eli Pirian said that his label’s sales have been climbing, an estimated 20 percent, since the move in May.

He also forecasted that the label will develop stronger manufacturing roots in Los Angeles. Eventually, more than 15 percent of the label will be manufactured in Los Angeles, he said.
