Los Angeles Men’s Market: A Lot of Work, Some Play

The first day of the Los Angeles Men’s Market, March 17, was busy, said the trade show’s co-producer Kellen Roland. The men’s streetwear and fashion market at Area 4 of the California Market Center got bigger attendance than the show’s debut run on Oct. 14-15, he said, and big retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Tilly’s as well as boutiques such as Suru shopped the show.

A little bit of play followed the first day. Vendors and retailers partied at the Ace Hotel’s rooftop bar after the show closed for the night. Then it was back to work on March 18.
