For those who are actively minded, it's a problem getting in that bike ride or yoga workout in clothes that can go from exercise studio or road trip to the office.

But Betabrand in San Francisco has been working on that. The northern California company has come out with a collection of clothes that encourages people to dress up while dressing down. The company has developed clothes like the executive hoodie, a pin-striped hoodie that would look just as good in the board room as on the running boards. There are black yoga pants for women that look tailored yet is as flexible as those yoga legs.

Betabrand also has a corporate ladder climbing pant that is at home in the mountains as well as in the office.

"Today's Don Draper likely cycles to work and spends the day on his feet. Would he rather be wearing performance pants and a pin-striped hoodie or a three-piece worsted-wool suit?" asks Betabrand founder Chris Lindland.
