Beverly Center: Style and Chinese Dollars

Chinese tourism and business has become increasingly important to California’s economy, and retailers have been looking for ways to get more involved in that business. Beverly Center may have found a way to cultivate future Chinese business. It’s seminars and styling advice!

Beverly Center recently hosted “Style for Success Speaker Series” for Chinese students from University of Southern California and University of California at Los Angeles.

Ann Moyer, group sales manager for Beverly Center’s Bloomingdale’s, Emily Wang, senior vice president, director of marketing and community development at East West Bank, and Gary Teo, senior vice president of director of human resources at East West Bank spoke at the event where Los Angeles magazine publisher Erika Anderson moderated.
