Almost every city in the Good Ol’ USA sponsors a municipal clean-up. But Citadel Outlets got special notice when it produced a clean-up of Commerce, Calif., which is a short drive from downtown Los Angeles.

The City of Commerce proclaimed Aug. 8 as Citadel Outlets Clean Up Commerce Day. Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
