A New Retail Neighborhood in Venice?
Venice Heights opened a men’s shop there in June. Popular Abbot Kinney boutique Burro also maintains a storefront there. But this weekend showed more proof that the corner of Lincoln Boulevard and Lake Street in Los Angeles’ Venice section is growing as a boutique neighborhood.
Flowerboy Project produced an opening party Aug. 22 for its space on 824 Lincoln Blvd. It sells accessories and homewares curated by downtown Los Angeles boutiques Apolis and Alchemy Works. It also serves coffee drinks, baked goods from Sugarbloom Bakery, and as the project’s name suggests, the space also serves as a florist. Take a look.
