California Market Center Changes Fashion Market Dates
The California Market Center has realigned the dates it will be holding the next four editions of Los Angeles Fashion Market so they will begin on Mondays and end on Thursdays.
However, the building’s managers said they would continue to accommodate buyers and showrooms who want to do business on Sundays and provide a list of showrooms that will be open then.
“We will promote Sunday as open for showroom appointments between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.,” the management said in a press release. “Registration in the lobby will be open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. for buyer assistance, and we will be handling free-parking validations for registered buyers with proof of a showroom order.”
However, host hotel shuttles will not start running until Monday mornings.
The new dates are March 16–19 for the Fall 2015 market, June 8–11 for the Fall II/Holiday 2015 market, Aug. 3–6 for the Holiday/Resort 2015 market and Oct. 12–15 for the Spring 2016 market.
