Mall Rats + Gym Rats Unite - Does It Motivate Ya?
Here’s a manifesto from Tracy Anderson, star fitness trainer and Gwyneth Paltrow pal.
“ Mall Rats + Gym Rats Unite!” Definitely not the spacey slogan we’d expect from a FOG – Friend of Gwyneth. Anderson’s slogan comes from left field, but it is funny, and apparently it was a motivator.
It was the T-shirt of the moment for Anderson’s Mass Workout Classes at the Westfield Century City and Westfield Topanga on Jan. 28. Don’t ask us how it went. We were lounging at home eating chili fries and drinking milkshakes.
