There is no shabby chic in this house.

BCBG founder Max Azria and his wife, Lubov, the creative director at BCBG, have put their mammoth mansion in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles up for sale for $85 million.

This is no small piece of property. The nearly three-acre lot has plenty of room to accommodate the 30,000-square-foot mansion with 17 bedrooms, a tennis court, swimming pool and two greenhouses - one converted into a gym and the other used to grow organic produce. There are numerous gardens and outdoor sitting areas.

The interior is opulently furnished and decorated. The Wall Street Journal is reporting the Azrias bought the house in 2005 and spent millions refurbishing the place.

It was designed in the 1930s by fame architect Paul Revere Williams. It could be described as very "bon chic, bon genre," or truly BCBG.
