Fast-growing e-commerce site JustFab has a brand new headquarters in El Segundo, Calif., and it looks just fab (naturally).

Designed and built by Clune Construction and Moshiri Associates Inc., the 110,000-square-foot space originally was home to aerospace and defense contractor businesses but had been vacant for many years.

Moshiri Associates’ open-floor plan was designed to promote collaboration. There are custom storage units that “float” between workstations.

The new space has five video and photo studios, which will allow JustFab to produce all its commercials in-house.

"The studio area introduced some tough logistical challenges—we relied on our corporate headquarters experience to see us through these,” said Darrin Craig, the project executive from Clune Construction, said in a Clune statement.

Moshiri Associates Director of Design Alexis Dennis said the project was both exciting and challenging. “In order to fit all of the desired functions under one roof we needed to integrate a wide range of components currently located throughout the greater Los Angeles area,” she said.

With more than 35 million members worldwide, JustFab offers a personalized online shopping experience through its subscription retail model. In addition to selling footwear, accessories and apparel though its justFab portal, the company operates a childrenswear channel, FabKids, activewear site Fablectics and menswear channel FL2
