Ravers Returning to Macy’s Herald Square
On April 20, Macy’s flagship store on 34th Street in New York will host a rave. Again. According to Fortune, this is the second time that Daybreakers, a Brooklyn event planner, will host a rave at Macy's.
The April 20 event is expected to draw 1,000 people at 5:45 in the morning. There will be DJs and dancing on eight floors of the iconic store. The party ends at 9 a.m.--giving store employees time to put things in order in time for the 10 a.m. opening.
According to Fortune, Daybreaker has been hosting “pre-work alcohol- and drug-free ‘raves’” since 2013.
