Satine Posts Going Out of Biz Signs
When Satine opened 13-years ago on Los Angeles’ fashion thoroughfare West Third Street, it made an immediate splash.
Mixing designer with L.A. sass and Japanese cute culture, Satine became an anchor of the street, and seemed tough enough to last through the Great Recession.
Unfortunately, looks like the run is over. Recently, “Going Out of Business” signs were posted on the front door. Satine founder Jeannie Lee did not answer a request for comment. But word around the street is that the retailer’s Abbot Kinney Boulevard location will continue to do business.
