Elyse Walker's New Boutique
For the past 16 years, she has directed one of Los Angeles’ leading fashion boutiques, the self-named Elyse Walker boutique in the exclusive Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
She is a co-founder of e-commerce emporium Forward by Elyse Walker. In November, she presided over a swank party for the emerging designer program for Council of Fashion Designers of America.
Her next step is to open a physical store. She recently announced that she will open a second Elyse Walker boutique in the Lido Marina Village in Newport Beach, Calif. Scheduled to open in August, the 12,000-square-foot flagship will offer designer looks from fashion houses such as Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen and Balenciaga. It also will feature shop-in-shops. Think separate boutiques for couture, contemporary, fine jewelry, a beach shop and for those who need a drink or a bite to eat; a café.
