San Lorenzo’s barely-there bikinis and one-pieces were rendered floral and feminine for the Spring 2017 line, which was showcased on the runway on July 17 at the Lycra Swim Salon at the W South Beach hotel during Miami Swim Week. Peru-born, Hawaii-based designer Lisseth Figeuroa was drawn to jungle botanicals, starry-sky motifs and playful flamingo prints. Models were accessorized with tropical, top-knot bandannas and beaded chokers.

The collection, dubbed Le Romantique, features balconnet necklines accented with dainty ruffled sleeves in a variety of boho-inspired prints. Sportier, high-neck options for surfer girls were turned sexy with key rings and cut-outs. Cheeky bottoms provided minimal coverage in line with the brand’s South American–inspired swimwear cuts. Monochrome suits in camel, olive and rose reeled in the collection's tropical aesthetic.
