Wet Seal’s rebound campaign is hoping to make a splash with bloggers, bloggers, bloggers.
The Irvine, Calif.-based young women’s retailer recently launched a program where it profiles fashion bloggers with thousands of followers. Wet Seal starts the program by interviewing the blogger on all things fashion. Wet Seal’s team dresses up the interview with pictures of the blogger in Wet Seal clothes, typically in sexy places like Laguna Beach, Calif.
Then there’s a big exchange. The blogger’s interview, pictures and what not are posted on the retailer’s blog. The blogger posts her Wet Seal interview, as well as additional material on her own social media channels.
So far the featured bloggers have been Jasmine Brown, Dani Thorne and Francis Lola. Take a look.
