The scene: Design legend James Galanos was among the nearly 50 designers who turned out at Meet the Designers, hosted by the Los Angeles chapter of Fashion Group International. Many designers brought along their “muses,” including celebrities, models, family members and friends—making a festive and fashionable kick off to Los Angeles Fashion Week.
