The scene: BOXeight took fashion insiders behind the scenes with a three-day event featuring the work of 14 California labels and 13 photographers.
Each night, guests wandered about the cavernous photo studio watching a series of photo shoots held simultaneously in the space. The first two nights were co-hosted by Flaunt magazine and L.A. Models and featured fashion by Louis Verdad, Lloyd Klein, Rami Kashou, Factory by Erik Hart, Corpus, Jeffrey Sebelia, Skingraft, Secta and Orthodox. Photographers including Don Flood, Luke Duval, Garret Suhrie, Ben Cope, Patrick Hoelck, Kurt Iswarienko, Gitte Meldgaard, Peter Gurnz and Lionell Deluy.
The photo shoots will appear in a special booklet published by Flaunt.
For the final night, Gurnz and Cope returned, joined by Kenneth Sweeney, Mark Sacro and Daniel Jung to shoot looks by Linda Antico, Jerell Scott, Michael Costello, 2013 and Kucoon.
