Greensboro, N.C.–based International Textile Group, the company founded earlier this year to purchase Burlington Industries and Cone Mills, has formed a partnership with the China Ting Group to build a dyeing and finishing plant and a warehouse and distribution center in China. The facility, which will be managed by ITG’s Interior Fabrics division, is expected to be operating by the end of 2005. The deal also calls for China Ting to develop 25 free-standing home-furnishing stores, under the name Burlington House Retail, by the end of 2005.
