Spencer Elden not only has a rad name, he's got really unique street cred. He may at some point have taken up residence on your bedroom wall... in the buff. As an infant, Spencer got thrown in a pool and through various machinations of fate ended up on the cover of Nirvana's instant classic Nevermind album. Now he's working as an assistant for Obey's Shepard Fairey and making his own screenprints on the side. The company made this cool video of the up-and-coming artist and former baby bad-ass. Watch it, then listen to "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and head bang until your neck gives out or you remember why you no longer head bang regularly.
In related news, when I was a Girl Scout I was asked if I wanted to be on the new Trefoils box. I didn't, but I think you'll agree that I was this close to being as cool as Spencer.
