It’s all the rage to run a boutique in a salon. But Christian King hopes to take it a step further.

At his recently opened Industry DTLA salon, located at 113 E. 8th St. in downtown L.A., he put together a fashion boutique at the front of the store. It sells brands such as For Love & Lemons and Again.

He also plans on opening a design studio in a basement space below the studio later this year. He and his fellow salon/design rats will work on an Industry DTLA fashion line there.
