Last week, Uniqlo, the Japanese casual wear designer, manufacturer and retailer, introduced its Made In LA jeans.

The Slim Fit, mid-rise bottoms come in four colorways. The eco-fashion crowd might take notice of the new jeans. Uniqlo’s Made In LA jeans were manufactured with recycled denim. They were colored with a sustainable garment dye process called VaraBlue. The process requires less energy to dye clothes, according to a statement from a Uniqlo representative.
