Fall River, Mass.-based Globe Manufacturing Corp., the manufacturer of Glospan and Cleerspan spandex, was forced into an involuntary bankruptcy proceeding by three of its bondholders...Paul Harris Stores Inc., which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last October, has closed its Indianapolis flagship store, one of 40 stores that the 307-store chain said it will close in coming months.
