Fasturn Names New Vice President

Redwood City, Calif.-based Fasturn Inc., which markets networking software to the apparel industry, has named Lisa Kennedy Crooke vice president and chief financial officer. In her new position, she will be responsible for all corporate, financial and administrative operations for Fasturn.

Crooke has 17 years of financial management experience, including corporate funding, financial planning and business management for both venture-backed and publicly held companies. She most recently was chief financial officer at Viquity Corp., a commerce network service provider, for which she raised over $20 million in equity and debt financing.

“Lisa’s extensive experience and success in financial management gives us the unique financial perspective that we have been seeking,” said William Seagrave, chief executive officer of Fasturn. “Her talent and insight will help shape Fasturn’s financial direction.”

Crooke also served as the corporate controller at Documentum Inc., an enterprise software company, and has held various senior financial management roles at Shiva Corp., Banyan Systems and Ernst & Young. —Robert McAllister
