Aria Expands Deal With Juliana

Aria Systems, which markets enterprise resourcing planning (ERP) software, has expanded its relationship with apparel line Juliana Collezione, which will use Aria’s Customer Relationship Management module to help streamline operations among more than 300 sales consultants and independent contractors who sell the line through various channels.

Using the module, Juliana will be able to communicate with parent company Home Marketing Associates using an Internet connection. Consultants can then view the collection catalog, view and print open-to-sell availability, place orders, check on the status of existing orders, create and print return authorizations, view and print statements, view and print historical account information and more.

Said Bill Spitalnick, vice president of Home Marketing Associates, “Our sales consultants will gain greater efficiency from using the Internet and its live real-time data to stay intimately informed about their business. That will translate to happier reps with more flex time to devote to sales and less time on the phones with customer service during the precious hours of the day.”
