TALA Plans Play Day Schedule
It’s still summer in late September for the Textile Association of Los Angeles (TALA). The organization will host its 58th annual Summer Play Day on Sept. 27 at the Los Robles Country Club and the Calabasas Tennis Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
The event will feature a day of golf and tennis followed by a Southwest barbecue buffet at the Los Robles Country Club, where trophies will be awarded to the golf and tennis winners. A raffle of door prizes and drawings also will be held.
The cost is $100 for golf and dinner, $75 for tennis and dinner, and $50 for dinner only. Tickets can be purchased at the TALA office in California Market Center suite A-703. For more information, call (213) 627-6173.
