Fur Free Party

Do right. Be right. Eat right. And don’t wear fur. That was the overall gist of the Fur Free Party on April 2 at Smashbox Studios in Culver City. The party, sponsored by Clean by Dlish, was hosted by designer Danny Seo and celebrities Amy Smart, Anna Getty, Ashley Scott, Chynna Phillips, Jennie Garth and Rachael Leigh Cook.

Inside, guests enjoyed complimentary drinks and organic, vegan hors d’oeuvres while relaxing on faux-fur couches or letting loose on the dance floor. Outside, Beverly Hills High School cheerleaders chanting “Go Fur Free!” greeted celebrity arrivals, who signed a letter written to Dolce & Gabbana that urged the company to stop using seal fur.

The party also served as the launch for the new fragrance Clean and as a benefit for the Humane Society.
