New at [TC]2
Textile/Clothing Technology Corporation—known as [TC]2—named several new members to its board. Peter N. Butenhoff, previously president and chief operating officer, has been named chairman and chief executive officer. Michael T. Fralix has been named president and COO. L.E. Gibbons, chairman and CEO of Lucky Stars Industries, has been named as chairman of the compensation committee. Charles Whalen, chairman of Alexis Playsafe, was named to the executive committee. Edward Emma, president and COO of Jockey International, Philip Looby, COO of Bayer Clothing Group, Susan Oliver, director of systems integration for Limited Brands, and Monica Ward, vice president and corporate merchandise manager for Nordstrom, have all been named to the board of directors.
