Teddi Suits
Rancho Dominguez–based misses manufacturer Teddi of California has been served with a trio of lawsuits for breach of contract by Compton–based misses manufacturer Carol Anderson Inc. and textile suppliers Design Collection and Colorway Inc. According to the suit filed by Carol Anderson, Teddi failed to meet quarterly payments stipulated in a licensing agreement between the two companies. Both Design Collection and Colorway are seeking payment for goods shipped.
