Idol Fashion
Malibu-based Jakks Pacific Inc. has struck a deal with the producers of reality show “American Idol” to produce a line of fashion and beauty accessories for the tween market. The licensing agreement calls for Jakks to produce items such as hair accessories, cosmetics, body art and stationery bearing the American Idol brand. The TV program, produced by Freemantle- Media North America, started its second season in January.
