Jordache Buildings

The Nakash Brothers, who launched Jordache jeans and other apparel brands, purchased two landmark buildings in Chicago and New York for an estimated $258 million. The brothers—Joe, Ralph and Avi Nakash—teamed with other investors to purchase the 1920s-era Fred French Building in New York and the Otis Building in Chicago, which was built with four stories in 1910, then renovated to add 33 more floors in 1987. The brothers manufacture several labels, including Jordache, Gasoline, Fubu Girls, Kitkit by Maurice Sassoon and the U.S. Polo Association. The company is based in New York.
