Li & Fung Signs on Justwin Software Package
Li & Fung USA, the North American division of Hong Kong-based Li & Fung Group, has teamed with New Yorkbased Justwin Technologies Inc. and its Justwin Apparel collaborative product development software solution for implementation in Li & Fung’s New York-based design and sourcing operations.
Li & Fung, a leading trading company noted for its hightech management of its global supply chain, will use Justwin’s software for product development in New York and to communicate product specifications, design images and costing information to various overseas offices.
Li & Fung has a high-volume operation that entails consumer goods, including apparel, fashion accessories and footwear, which are sourced through a network of 67 offices in 40 countries for customers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Southern Hemisphere. North America accounts for over 70 percent of the company’s revenue. The company has annual sales of about $4.2 billion and employs more than 5,000.
