Global Sourcing Seminar Planned at ASAP

Global trade advisors Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg (ST&R) will present a seminar addressing international trade in a quota-free market Feb. 18 at the ASAP Global Sourcing Show at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel.

ST&R is an international trade and customs law firm that concentrates its practice in the movement of goods, intellectual property and personnel across international borders, representing clients in international trade disputes, assisting governments with their trade relations with the United States and representing U.S. and foreign companies and governments before Congress.

The Feb. 18 seminar, titled “The Worldhellip;Post 2005,” will take place from 10 a.m. to noon.

“The global marketplace has changed dramatically over the past couple years, and will continually change with the pending effects of 2005, when all quotas will effectively be eliminated,” said Thomas G. Travis, managing partner of ST&R.

The ASAP Show, which features representatives from 200 factories and 30 countries, runs Feb. 17–20 and overlaps with MAGIC International. More information on the seminar can be obtained at www.asapshow.com/attform.asp. —Robert McAllister
