Gerber Hosts CAD Seminars at FIDM and Art Institute

Gerber Technology Inc. will show the latest advancements in its apparel-design software on Aug. 5 at the Art Institute of California in San Francisco and Aug. 6–7 at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles. The company will also conduct seminars Sept. 3–5 at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.

Company representatives will give demonstrations of the AccuMark V8 software for pattern design, grading and marker making; the WebPDM product-lifecycle management tool; the Vision Fashion Studio conceptual and textile-design product; and the V-Stitcher 3-D pattern-design application from Browzwear Ltd.

During the seminars, industry speakers will address some of the latest trends in the apparel industry.
