London Fog Moving East in Restructuring Plan

Seattle-based London Fog Industries is separating its three primary divisions—Pacific Trail, London Fog Trade and London Fog Factory Outlet Stores—into independently managed businesses and will move its flagship brand London Fog east to New York and Toronto.

According to London Fog Chief Executive Officer William Dragon, Jr., the initiative is designed to support the growth of all our brands through individual leadership and dedicated resources.

“Our main objective is to provide the London Fog trade division with a more dedicated and vertically integrated operational structure to support its growth initiatives, while concurrently providing the dedicated resources required for our Pacific Trail business and its brands to continue on its successful growth path,” said Dragon.

The new Pacific Trail division will remain headquartered in Seattle and will include all of Pacific Trail’s current brands: Pacific Trail, Black Dot, Moonstone, Roffe and the Dockers licensed brand. Pacific Trail Factory Stores and the ownership of the London Fog trademark and management of its licensees will also stay in Seattle. Dragon will continue to direct and oversee all operations of the business while Gary Hansen will remain president of Pacific Trail.
