Clothestime Woes
Three California apparel makers have filed petitions to force Anaheim, Calif.–based Clothestime into involuntary bankruptcy. Rigo International Inc., Ms. Bubbles and Big Six Fashion said the retailer owes them more than $700,000. Clothestime emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection six years ago, and New York–based JM Associates purchased the company in February.
